Our controlled 14-day aging process cannot be rushed or replicated. Our skilled butchers transform your beef according to your exact specifications using the cutting preferences you submit. From steak thickness to roast sizes and ground beef packaging, every detail follows your instructions. This personalized approach ensures your freezer contains exactly what your family enjoys most.

All portions of Montana beef procured through Taylor Beef Company is harvested within days of your order and cut request, if not selected the day of. Meeting or exceeding our stringent Beef Freshness & Quality standards.
Portions range from Whole Beef, Half Beef, to Quarter Beef and a good-faith down-payment is required to reserve your beef.
Every order comes with custom cutting along with your preferred packaging portions.
After your down-payment is processed you'll receive a cutting request form by email and text to specify your preferred cuts. Once submitted, you'll be sent a copy of your request to approve.
After your review, approve your order to move into production. Decline the order and re-submit to update your cutting request.
After you've provided us your preferences we'll begin our quality checks and make our selection on the best local beef.
Our process also boasts a customary in-house 14-day aging that enhances the flavor profiles and tenderizes the beef. Bringing out that bold flavor and nutrient rich profile that makes Montana Beef amazing.
Further, you'll stay updated through every step of the process - all the way to fulfillment!
Last, after our customary cutting and aging, we'll package your order - for either pick-up or scheduled delivery via FedEx.
All orders must have the remainder of the balance paid (plus shipping if applicable) in order to pick-up or have the Beef Share sent for delivery.

Approximately 1 cubic foot per 25-30 pounds of beef. Whole beef requires 16-20 cubic feet, half beef needs 8-10 cubic feet, quarter beef fits in 4-5 cubic feet.
Vacuum-sealed packaging maintains excellent quality for 12-18 months when properly stored.
We offer you a more personal selection by Gary himself, 24-hour stress recovery before harvest, standard 14-day aging, and fully personalized cutting and packaging to your exact specifications.
Orders will vary, but we always choose animals that will produce around 600 pounds total dressed weight. This range provides the best product to your table and offers you a great entry point to Montana Beef.
